- 1 / 5By James ThompsonWent in on the off chance and the two women just stared at us, we asked if they had any free tables and one said, in a brusque tone, that they were full up. No friendliness, smile or anything - felt very unwelcome. It was a particularly busy night so everywhere was booked up and when we went on to the Cut & Grill down the road, although they were also fully booked, they smiled and apologised saying they had no tables free that night but that they hoped to see us in the future. What a difference! People should realise it's not just about the food but also the service provided to customers or potential customers (the 'meet and greet' being amongst the most important as it's the first impression people get)June 04, 2017
